Being "Fit for Life" is making & keeping healthy lifestyle choices for life, so you can complete you life's mission. For some this will include playing a sport at the next level while others need fitness to help them walk up & down the stairs in their home.
Being “Fit for Life” goes beyond fitness to physical fitness which we define as "the freedom from Illness, Disease, Infection & Shock with the ability to perform vocational & recreational tasks without risk of injury or undue fatigue." (1)
We realize that to have strength requires a balance of joint mobility, body awareness, cardio respiratory training, endurance, muscle flexibility, balance, speed, agility, quickness & body composition while also learning how to manage stress, pay attention to your medical health, getting proper sleep & rest. Our training varies for everyone to include all aspects of fitness, with an emphasis on learning for the client, being creative & HAVING FUN!
Offering professional physical fitness & human movement training going beyond counting repetitions or telling you the client what to do, Michael & Lesa bring the personal touch back to personal training. Training in & doing the workout right alongside you, is simply one way they are highly involved with each workout.
Michael & Lesa are passionate about helping people live life to the full & though they are specialist in training athletes in the concepts of speed, agility & quickness; functional strength is not just for the field of green it is for human movement in everyday life.
Offering on-site training in sports speed development, human performance & overall physical fitness. Equipped with their enclosed fitness trailer they come to your business, neighborhood, home or area park with professional training for all levels of fitness.
All workouts are designed, conducted & overseen by Michael or Lesa (see about us) to help you with fitness & training goals. Teaching you proper techniques & mechanics that will also help in injury prevention along the way.
Whether you are just beginning in exercise, are a young athlete or the seasoned competitor; everyone who has a desire to gain a better understanding of physical fitness, greater health or sharpen the edge in their sports training can gain from intentional, purposeful fitness training.
