Fit for Life Fitness Excursions are 3- 10 day trips designed for your family, friends, youth groups, small groups etc to enjoy the great outdoors while also getting into physical shape.
Led by Michael and Lesa who enjoy and are experienced in camping, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and really anything outdoors. Trips will include a variety of activities such as camping, rafting, climbing, hiking/ trekking, canoing as well as other activities to explore & enjoy the open skies. Trips will also be a time of training in nutrition, physical fitness & performance training which relates to hiking, running, walking and functional daily activities.
Your groups Fit for Life Excursion will be designed, planned & led with you in mind as we work to get activities planned.
Youth groups are required to provide 1 adult leader per 5 participants & the total number for each trip would be 25 to include leaders; other groups (family, friends etc) are limited to 10 participants & each participant is required to be 18 years old or over unless accompanied by parent or guardian.


We will do the planning for you, right down to the meals we cook over the fire. Possible trip locations include Colorado, South Dakota, Tennessee & North Georgia to name a few.
Cost will be determined based on the means of travel, type of housing desired (cabins, tent camping, lodges etc), activities, group size. Some activities will require rental equipment such as bikes, rafts, canoes etc.
The final per person cost will reflect travel, food, lodging, per person daily charge for Fit for Life staff.
